The Survey Analysis department is responsible for producing on-line surveys, processing data and manipulating databases. 

We have 20 staff in the UK and a team in New York and Australia offices.

Training and Development

Dependent on the business sector you join, a bespoke training programme is devised consisting of structured training courses, provided both in-house and externally. We provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring from our respected managers and business leaders.

The Board of Directors at ORC International has given its commitment to ensuring that all staff receive the training they need to meet their own development and company objectives. The company is committed to ensuring not only that training happens but that it is relevant and one of the company goals is a target of 85% that all training is effective in meeting business needs.

The Training Plan is put together by HR after the twice yearly appraisals and submitted to the Board for approval.

What we look for

Our Technical Consultants are responsible for maintaining our excellent reporting tools, standards of quality, project delivery and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to develop and manage data driven web-sites, data inputs and maintain good relationships with our clients. 

An excellent level of numeracy, attention to detail and skill in data manipulation is required as well as excellent project management and project delivery skills.

Technical experience should include database development and management using MS SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server Reporting Services. Strong experience of MS Excel is required and experience of Adobe Flex would be an advantage.

Ideally you should have a 2:1 degree or above preferably a degree in a Computer Science related field. Other successful candidates have held a Mathematics or Geography degree.
