Our AIM is TRUST
Robert Saunders established Apollo in 1972. His aspiration was to develop long-term partnerships with key customers by adding value and building trust. Under the current Managing Director's guidance, Apollo still operates and thinks like this today – and it is what has made Apollo an ambitious adhesive, sealant and coating manufacturer. We now operate across a range of industrial, construction and roofing markets in the UK, Europe and overseas.
At Apollo, we strive to add value across our entire supply chain for each and every customer. Apollo’s commitment is reflected through our brand promise, ‘More than adhesives’. We trust in our people’s ability to deliver this, by acting with the right integrity and with the right motivation. It is vital that we trust our people to be reliable and do the right thing, at the right time and in the right way.
We also know that we must not only have the right employees, but the right customers and supply chain partners. ‘Right’ means operating with a high degree of mutual trust.

Integrity is a core value at Apollo and we operate in a culture of honesty and openness. This drives Apollo’s passion for customer service and innovation. We wish to grow and prosper with our partners, not at their expense. Our motivation ensures symbiotic relationships, with Apollo becoming part of our customer’s business rather than ‘just a supplier’. Apollo recognises that trust can only develop with customers and suppliers who have similar values.
