You may be more familiar with our brands than you are with our company but as the UK’s No.1 independent cider maker and the second largest producer in the UK our business is no small beer! We operate from three sites, the brewery and head office in Birmingham, extensive orchards and pressing facility in the Malvern Hills and a fermenting and bottling plant in Devon.
- Aston Manor clearly recognises that the quality, motivation and performance of our employees are key success factors.
The organisational structure and culture promote employee involvement, open communication, teamwork and cooperation, with accountability at all levels. Continuous investment in the plant and ongoing training for employees are recognised and vital to continued growth.
- It's our belief that innovation breeds efficiency
We constantly seek to reduce costs without sacrificing quality. Customers get value through efficiency, while we stay ahead of the competition with innovative new products and services based on customer need and market demand.
Aston Manor Brewery has been built on long term, strategic relationships, trust, loyalty and respect. This means listening to the wants and needs of consumers, distributors and suppliers and constantly striving to exceed those expectations.
Experience is knowledge, and this, together with the benefits of owning our own orchards, pressing our own apples, fermenting our own juice, crafting and blending our own ciders, bottling and packaging all our products and finally delivering on our transport fleet to suppliers provides our customers with a total 100% 'in house' service second to none in the industry.
To help reduce the carbon footprint of the business, we outsource as few services as possible. One major example is that we blow many of our own PET bottles to reduce the environmental impact of transporting bottles in large numbers. The company also adhere to the promotion of responsible drinking, beyond industry standards.
