Training and Development
Learning and development is important to us. You will kick off your programme with a structured week long induction to prepare you for your career at Chaucer. We will then work with you to create your own personal development plan which will include self-study, courses, technical briefings, on-the-job training and professional qualifications. To support you through your programme you will have a buddy and a mentor assigned to you as well as regular meetings with the Learning and Development team.
