Overview

E3 Consulting is an award winning property tax practice specialising in Capital Allowances, Land Remediation Tax and VAT on Real Estate.

We are an independent company, established in 2003, operating from our Southampton head office, working with clients on projects throughout the UK.

Our team is made up of a range of professionals drawn with experience in surveying, taxation, law and HM Revenue and Customs. As property taxation specialists, we work directly with those spending money on real estate, whether as developers, investors or owner occupiers. We also work in partnership with other professionals, primarily accountants, solicitors, engineers and surveyors, to help them to save their clients money.

Who are we?

At E3 Consulting we operate at all levels of the marketplace from small £150,000 projects to those of £600m plus, but we ensure that our service delivery is of a consistently high standard to all our clients; bringing to bear the very best of our property taxation skills.

E3 Consulting won the ‘Best Tax Consultancy’ accolade in the prestigious LexisNexis 2011 Taxation Awards, thus achieving national recognition that E3 provides the strongest range of specialty property tax advice to our clients across the UK.

E3 is a member of a number of industry bodies for service and quality assurance. As Chartered Surveyors, E3 Consulting is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). E3 are also members of the British Property Federation (BPF), an organisation devoted to representing the interests of all those involved in property & investment, and the Leisure Property Forum (LPF), which focuses exclusively on the wider leisure industry & its relationships with other sectors, such as retail, finance & commercial.

E3 Consulting is looking to recruit in the areas of Property Taxation and Marketing/Administration.

Training and Development

In terms of training and development, E3 Consulting offers two separate routes for their tax surveyor graduates. These being the undertaking of the Assessment of Professional Competence to gain full RICS membership or the pathway to gain membership to the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).

E3 will support graduates on both routes, graduates will be supported with fully structured practical on the job training, both in and out of the office, so that they are completely prepared when they attempt to gain membership into the desired professional body.

For the Marketing Administration position the Chartered Institute of Marketing certificate and/or Diploma in Marketing may be supported, subject to performance and separate training agreement.
