We are the foremost Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the Graduate, Recruitment to Recruitment, Sales and Media sectors.

Established in 2001, Holland & Tisdall excels at finding employment for Recruitment, Sales and Media professionals within the UK and worldwide.

The Team

We have full 360 Consultants on the Graduate Team, as well as Resourcer’s who purely cover the graduate market in order to source the best candidates for the Consultants. Our Head of Graduate Recruitment is always on the look-out for individuals for us internally. Therefore, bear this in mind when applying to our roles!

The majority of our clients are working with us on an exclusive basis. We are aware that “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, therefore we meet our clients regularly - infrastructures change and desired profiles of individuals adapt due to the ever-changing market that we are in.

We coach and help with interviewing. We evaluate you all the way through the process in order to improve the way you interview.

Vetting Process

We meet our candidates face-to-face and put them through a series of assessments, digging deep in terms of their motivations and conducting role plays. We also hold our own assessment sessions as well as 1-2-1 interviews following on from this.
