KMB operate from KMB House in Redditch, Worcestershire. Founded in 1990, KMB started as a B2B telemarketing company, working with a wide range of clients on a variety of marketing projects.

Over the years, KMB has evolved from its telemarketing roots into a multi-channel contact centre, helping clients contact their existing customers and target new ones through all of the channels available today.

Who are we?

KMB operate from KMB House in Redditch, Worcestershire. Founded in 1990, KMB started as a B2B telemarketing company, working with a wide range of clients on a variety of marketing projects. KMB is owned and run by Nick Winks, Chairman, Jacqui Crawley, Managing Director and Andy Pearson, Finance Director.

Nick has been part of KMB’s management team since November 2006. He is most recognised for his work in change and transformation management and is a Director and Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround and a member of the IFT committee.

Jacqui joined in 2009 having worked for 11 years in the NHS in a Director level position in sales and operations in a public company incorporating an inbound call centre.

Andy joined the management team in late 2006 and is a qualified Chartered Accountant whose history includes being a Partner in KPMG. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as being a member of the Institute for Turnaround.

Over the years, KMB has evolved from its original telemarketing roots into a multi-channel contact centre, helping clients contact their existing customers and target new ones through all of the channels available today.

KMB is a long standing member of the UK Direct Marketing Association, with Jacqui Crawley working closely with them as an elected Chair Person of the DMA Contact Centre Council as well as being a member of the DMA North Council.
