m-hance has undergone rapid growth in the last six months. We’ve acquired, integrated and rebranded six technology companies, including Calyx Software, Gyrosoft, Trinity Computer Services and elements of MentecPlus and Touchstone Group. As recently as February, we acquired sub-divisions of Maxima Holdings plc’s Maxima Business Solutions Division.

Today, m-hance has 230 staff serving 2400 customers from five major UK locations as well as operations in the USA and India.

We’re at the forefront of implementing, deploying and managing enterprise wide systems for mid-tier companies that wish to improve operational performance. It’s a bit of a mouthful so we call it Unifying Business.

This breadth of experience, matched with speed of change helps us to stay innovative. Since we’re privately funded by one of the UK’s leading private equity houses, Better Capital, it also means that we’re big enough and well resourced enough to provide security and support when and where needed

Training and Development

ImageWe know that training and development is important to graduates. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Discovery Graduates. They are able to offer external support and training in areas that include:

  • Leadership
  • Personal responsibility

But we’re no slouches internally either. All our grads are given a mentor, someone outside of their department or field who is there to provide a sounding board whenever needed.

We also provide our grads with training – both on and off the job. This is in addition to our formalised management training scheme that will look to progress you up through the ranks as quickly as you’re able.
