Training and Development
On-the-job learning is only half the story. Just as important for your future are the professional qualifications for which you will study for. We encourage all graduates to study for the Certificate in Financial Planning and further professional qualifications encompassing consultancy and investment planning. We will make sure you have all the support you need, including study days before your exam.
What we look for
We believe diversity is our strength and we therefore don’t look for a particular ‘type’ of person; often your motivations and aspirations are more important than experience. That said, you do need excellent communication skills, problem solving ability and a drive to succeed.
All degrees are welcome. Recent trainees have studied Economics, Law, Business Studies, Accounting and Finance, even English!
