Graduate Development Programme
We are always on the lookout for talented graduates
to join our development team as part of our graduate development programme.
During your first two years with the company you
will learn everything you need to know to enable you to become a fully fledged
Analyst Programmer. You will be putting
into practice the academic skills that you have already learned and shaping
them to meet the needs of the business community, working closely with our
clients to develop targeted software solutions.

What we look for
We look for enthusiastic candidates with a degree in computer science at 2:1 or better (although other numerically based degrees and combined honours may be considered).

What we offer
In addition to a competitive salary of between £16,000 and £18,000, we offer all new staff on successful completion of probation; free healthcare and death in service benefit. The company contribute up to £350 per annum towards gym membership and offers a discretionary bonus scheme. Holidays are a minimum of 20 days plus 8 Bank holidays. The company also has an approved pension scheme and will match employee contributions to a maximum of 5% of salary after twelve months service.
