Our Management Training programme is 18 months long and will provide you with real practical experience from day one. Through hands-on interactive placements, regular formal training sessions, working with our managers, and completing business projects, you’ll learn the foundations of our business and develop the skills to take you further in the organisation.
You’ll be an important member of our team right from the start and you’ll be encouraged to roll-up your sleeves, make decisions, use your initiative and put your newly acquired skills into real-time, real-life practise.
What we look for
There is no single characteristic that we’re looking for in a graduate. However, we believe you will flourish on our programme if you enjoy learning through hands-on practical experience, in a customer focused environment, where no two days are the same.
You will need to have a strong work ethic, enjoy working as part of a team, and have the ability to lead and build a team through regular communication and great interpersonal skills. You will show consistency throughout your education achieving a minimum of a 2:1 classification and three ‘B’s at A’ Level.
