MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Moving through the business over the first 3-6 months you will get the opportunity to experience a number of key areas within the sales and marketing, arena., This will include administration as well as an introduction to the overall the commercial aspects of the organisation. An Initial part of your development will include shadowing experienced professionals to understand best practise before progressing into a variety of commercial roles.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
As a Commercial graduate you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Building relationships with new hospitals and generating leads
Building relationships with GP practices
Analysing business trends
Developing and distributing Supporting Marketing material
Telesales
Service mobilisation
Clinical staff recruitment
Management of social media platform
Supporting account managers
Account Admin support
Responding to commercial tenders

THE INDIVIDUAL:
We are looking for a graduate to join the business who is a good rapport builder, articulate, personable, pursuant, a go-getter, ambitious and passionate about providing a high quality diagnostic service to patients and core stakeholders.

Ideally the successful candidate will be educated to degree level (minimum 2:2) from any discipline. It would be advantageous, but not essential, if the successful candidate has worked during or after University which can demonstrate their work ethic and eagerness to develop their skill-set.

We provide an exciting, hands-on training experience which sits alongside your role, whilst actively contributing to the success of the business. You will be enrolled on the Discovery development programme, The OPEN Programme, which supports you in your transition from academia to working life. In addition to active learning experiences and sustained support for the entire 18-month programme, you will achieve a Level 3 qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management upon completion.
