Main purpose of the role:
Alltruck are looking for a dynamic graduate to join our growing finance team. Following the successful progression of graduates in our business, we have an opportunity to support and develop the career of a graduate focused on making a difference and taking responsibility.

We are looking for a candidate ready to develop their career in Finance. This is a fantastic opportunity for finance graduates to get involved in the business from the ‘bottom up’. We want to give you responsibility from day one; you will be working on projects whilst gaining skills and experience. Your development will be personal as well as technical. We want you to be taking the lead in situations and have a positive impact in our business.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Sitting within the Finance side of our business you will take a proactive role in carrying out investigation and analysis whilst spotting areas where financial performance could be improved
You will be working with a team and supporting the Purchase and Sales ledger functions as required
Delivering varied analysis tasks with a high degree of accuracy and presentation
Supporting in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts

We understand that this role will be a new challenge for you, so to get you started you will rotate through various departments in our business to allow you to really get under the skin of how we operate. Alongside this, we will support your continued professional development (ideally in CIMA) and will work hard to train you and provide you with additional qualifications (alongside CIMA if necessary), to enhance your prospects for rapid career progression. We invest time and money in our graduates, as we wholeheartedly believe they are the business leaders of the future.

The individual:
Academically, we are looking for CCC (or higher) at A-level, and a 2:2 degree (or higher) from an accounting or finance-related discipline. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

You will also have;
Ambition and drive with a desire to learn
A desire to learn Advanced knowledge of excel spreadsheets, modelling and a high level of proficiency with IT systems
Flexibility and adaptability
Drive to progress within the business
A passion for numbers and a career in finance 
A valid UK driving licence
