RECRUITMENT PROJECT CONSULTANT (Part Time – 25 hours per week)

Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire

Recruiting for the modern workplace requires a different approach. As businesses evolve to cope with the changing and disruptive economy it has never been more important to ensure they recruit and develop the right people who will drive their businesses forward.

We’re leaders in results-driven recruitment, training, and development: trail-blazing the industry with a fresh approach to building their workforce. We don’t believe that recruitment, training or development should be looked at in isolation. We take a diagnostic approach to the individual organisation to truly understand each role we are recruiting for and find the root cause of the problem; sometimes the surface issue is actually a symptom of another undiscovered issue. We look to solve these problems once and for all, and reduce the total cost of ownership along the way. You might call this good business practice and commercial sense – we agree, and it’s what we call ‘The Discovery Way’.

We have grown exponentially from our humble beginnings in graduate recruitment to become well recognised for exceptional results, efficiencies and service delivery across entry level and executive hires; both domestically and internationally. We are particularly strong in the food, manufacturing and engineering sectors.

What’s the job?

Recruitment and development remains a core passion and proposition for us since establishing in 1999. We make graduate and executive recruitment accessible to all companies regardless of their size, brand or location; the delivery of which is driven by our highly talented resource team.

Working closely with a Recruitment Project Manager from our Shrewsbury office, you will take ownership for the delivery of a sufficient number of suitably qualified candidates for your allocated campaigns and the general talent bank.

You will use your experience and skills to be successful, including researching, negotiating, organising and assessing. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are on track and that we continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

  • Undertaking administrative tasks to ensure that all projects are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Our ideal person will:

  • Possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills and high standards of presentation.
  • Be engaging and enthusiastic.
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills, with an eye for detail
